The Eagles founding member, the late Glenn Frey, knew what he was saying when he dubbed Little River Band “the best singing band in the world.” Through the ‘70’s and ‘80’s, LRB enjoyed huge chart success with multi-platinum albums and chart topping hits like: “Reminiscing,”  “Cool Change,” “Lonesome Loser,” “The Night Owls,”  “Take It Easy On Me,” “Help Is on Its Way,”  “Happy Anniversary,”   “We Two,”  “Man On Your Mind,”  “The Other Guy,”  and “It’s A Long Way There.”

With over 30 million records sold, LRB has left an indelible mark on music history. Their studio albums climbed the Australian charts, with gems like Diamantina Cocktail and First Under the Wire. And who can forget their only number-one hit, “Help Is on Its Way”? Meanwhile, across the ocean, they made waves on the Billboard Hot 100, with “Reminiscing” reaching an impressive No. 3.

LRB’s lineup has seen its fair share of changes—over 30 members since their inception. Glenn Shorrock, Graeham Goble, Beeb Birtles, George McArdle, David Briggs, and Derek Pellicci formed the iconic 1976 lineup. Later, luminaries like John Farnham lent their voices. Today, the band continues to rock stages…and the music continues to sound timeless.
